As the annual banquet rapidly approaches so does the desire to know the answers to several questions.  Which chapter has earned the Chapter of the Year Award?  Who will be a member of the 2011 Vigil class?  Who will be honored with the Founder’s Award or a James E. West Fellowship Award?  The answers will be provided on the evening of November 19.

November 18, 2011 , will be the beginning of the Tejas Lodge Fall Fellowship.  This will be the weekend that the 2012 Lodge Officers will be elected.  Any youth that plans to run for an office needs to obtain a letter of recommendation from their chapter adviser.

One of the fun times at the banquet is the “live” auction.  If you have any scouting items , patches or flaps that you would like to donate to the auction it would be greatly appreciated.   For your convenience we will be able to handle cash, checks or Visa/Mastercard at this event for items that you are lucky enough to win the bid.

This coming year will be a busy time for the lodge.  The section conclave will be held in April and NOAC 2012 will be held in August.  Start making plans to attend these two great events.
