Mar 15, 2015 – After unit elections start & before Conclave

May 15, 2015 – After unit elections end & before summer camp

Aug 15, 2015 – After August ordeal & before Fall Encampment

Dec 15, 2015 – After banquet, Lodge Office Training, Chapter elections
